Empowerment through Connection
My Approach to Therapy
I view therapy as a space where we can have open conversations, turning complex feelings into something more tangible. Together, we'll explore societal influences and break them down, understanding their impact on your life. In counseling, I see our exchange as a meaningful connection. While I'm here to guide and support, you're undeniably the main storyteller, fully aware of your unique journey and the world around you. Our time together isn't just about overcoming hurdles—it's about diving deep into your experiences, always remembering that you have the power to shape your own narrative, and life.
